These terms cover scienshell.com. Studio at studio.scienshell.com is an internal tool for our team. By using the site or buying a film you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the Refund Policy.
Who you contract with
You contract with Shenzhen Fermi Bose Network Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Scienshell, for access to films on this website.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. That means Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates sell the paid title to you, collect payment and tax, and issue the invoice. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
Videos
Films already published under Videos are free to watch, including Out of the Cradle through EP04. Later paid titles are sold per film as a one-time USD charge. Buying one title does not unlock the others. Free titles stay free if you never pay. There is no site-wide membership in these terms.
Account
You sign in with Google. Your Google account identifier is the purchase key. Do not share the account. Classroom or event playback of free films is allowed; do not share a paid login with an institution that should buy its own copy.
Purchases and billing
Paid films are one-time charges in USD. Paddle shows tax where it applies. A purchase is personal, not a licence to redistribute files. Access to a paid title stays with the Google account that paid for it, unless a refund reverses that purchase. Fees, tax, invoices, and payment methods are handled under Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Tax invoices for paid titles are issued by Paddle as merchant of record.
Intellectual property
Scienshell keeps ownership of the films, software, documentation, branding, and other materials on this site. Your purchase lets you stream the title you bought. It does not transfer copyright or give you a file to copy or resell.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam. Do not infringe intellectual property. Do not scrape, hotlink, download, rip, or record films for redistribution. Do not probe, interfere with, or bypass the purchase gate, signed cookies, play tokens, or upload tickets, and do not introduce malware. Danmaku and comments must not include illegal content or harassment.
Service level
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, including playback, sign-in, or checkout.
Suspension
We may remove posts and suspend or end access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Material billing changes will be shown on Support before new paid titles go on sale.
