Terms of Use

These terms cover scienshell.com and studio.scienshell.com. By using the site or buying a film you agree to them, and to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Catalog

Films already published in the public catalog are free to watch, including Out of the Cradle through EP04. Later paid titles are sold per film. Buying one title does not unlock the others. Free titles stay free if you never pay.

Account

You sign in with Google. Your Google account identifier is the purchase key. Do not share the account. Classroom or event playback of free films is allowed; do not share a paid login with an institution that should buy its own copy.

Purchases

Paid films are billed in USD by our payment processor as one-time charges. A purchase is personal, not a licence to redistribute files. Access to a paid title stays with the Google account that paid for it, unless a refund reverses that purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, hotlink, or attempt to bypass the purchase gate, signed cookies, or upload tickets. Danmaku and comments must not include illegal content or harassment. We may remove posts and suspend accounts that break this.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above is the current version. Material billing changes will be shown on Support before new paid titles go on sale.
