Refund Policy

Trial

There is no membership trial. Each paid film is a one-time purchase. Free films stay free and do not need a refund.

14-day refund window

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

You may request a refund for a paid film within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. If a refund is issued, access to that film is removed. This policy also follows Paddle’s refund policy where it applies, including any longer period required by the law of your country.

If we cannot deliver

If a paid title cannot be played after a successful payment because of a fault on our side, we will refund it. Complimentary Studio grants have no invoice and no refund.

How to request a refund

Ask Paddle at paddle.net, or email contact@scienshell.com from the Google account that paid and include the film title and approximate purchase time. We or Paddle will confirm by email. Chargebacks without contacting us or Paddle first may close the account.

Invoices

Paid invoices are Paddle’s PDF. Download them from Account while signed in with the same Google account. See also the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
