Trial

There is no membership trial. Each paid film is a one-time purchase.

Paid films

After you buy a title we do not refund it because you changed your mind, except where the law of your country requires it. If a refund is issued, access to that film is removed. Chargebacks without contacting us first may close the account.

How to ask

Email contact@scienshell.com from the Google account that paid. Complimentary Studio grants have no invoice and no refund.

Invoices

Paid invoices are the processor's PDF, not a VAT invoice and not a Chinese fapiao. Download them from Account while signed in with the same Google account.
